Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, although a bit expensive. The service is accommodating and fluent in English, with some room for improvement in pricing. The location is excellent, ideal for exploring the city, but lacks certain amenities like a bar or restaurant. The dining experience, while nice, could cater better to vegetarians. The breakfast room is uniquely decorated but might not suit all tastes.
My stay at the hotel with my family, including my wife and six-year-old son, was quite mixed. The rooms, despite the scorching 38-degree weather, were equipped only with a fan and the promised free Wi-Fi was nonexistent. However, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Market Square and a large shopping center, making it very convenient for exploring. The service, while friendly and clean, had some issues like entering the room without knocking and language barriers. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good food quality but cold cooked items. The hotel's facilities met basic needs but lacked certain amenities. Overall, it's a decent stay if you can overlook some inconveniences.
The hotel was very friendly and good about answering any questions I had, although the room was very small without a fridge and air conditioning. The location heading southeast with no air conditioning would have been good, but it's not a major issue.
Despite minor cleanliness issues in the room, we had a comfortable and quiet stay over the weekend. The hotel's central location is ideal for exploring the city, but some improvement is needed in room maintenance.
